Game Rules
As many online games, Lady Popular has a set list of game rules. I wanted to create a page to help break them down, as well as outline some rules that may not be as obvious but still apply.
Side notes by me will be in italics.

Access
To access the game rules on PC/Website, click on the settings gear (⚙️) in the top left, "How to play," then the first option, "GAME RULES."
On Mobile/App go to the three stacked lines (☰) in the bottom right, "Settings," "How to play," "GAME RULES"

I. General
The first section of the Lady Popular rules is General. This includes registration, accounts, the lady popular game, virtual currency and services, and official language.
Registrations - Registration for the game is free as long as members agree to the rules, terms and conditions. It's a mobile app and a web-based game through www.ladypopular.com.
Accounts - Every player can only register with one account per version. It is FORBIDDEN to register with more than one account or to borrow/log in to other people's accounts.
The Lady Popular Game - The Lady Popular team is not responsible for misinterpretation of the options that the game offers. They are not responsible for actions taken because of the game.
Virtual Currency and Services - Transfers of virtual currency from one game version to another or between players is FORBIDDEN. Many scammers offer "Free diamonds," this is not allowed and do not fall for it.
Offical Language - The official language for the game is English. As such, all comments, questions, and other posts are to be submitted in English.
II. Prohibitions and Penalties
The second section of the game's rules is Prohibitions and Penalties. This includes various things that are not allowed in the game, as well as punishments for committing these actions.
I wanted to share that while some of these may have penalties of only restricting communication (muting), recently we have seen an increase of going straight to banning.
Using Bots (Automatic Scripts) - Using automated scripts of any form and type is strictly prohibited. If you do this, your account will be blocked with no warning.
Chargebacks - Requests funds back after purchasing something in-game and using it. If you do this, your account will be blocked with no warning.
Intrusions - Actions towards machines and/or other players in the game including attacking the server, infiltrating client computers, direct instruction, indirect intrusion (interfering with another player's account), posting fraud messaging, and more. If you do this, your account will be blocked with no warning.
Bug Exploit - A bug is a weakness or an honest mistake in the code that allows the user to benefit in an unauthorized manner. If a player finds a bug and exploits it purposefully, your account will be blocked whether or not the bug was reported. If you do this, your account will be blocked with no warning.
Abuse and Harassment - Abuse is any inappropriate behavior towards other players. This includes advertisement of pornography/illegal material, offensive and obscene names, offensive and obscene nicknames, and offensive and obscene avatars or profile pictures. If you do this, your account will be blocked with no warning.
Abusive Language - This includes insults, threads, curses, and abusive language, impersonating an admin This includes trying to pressure an administrator and insults aimed at the game team. If you do this, your access to the account and game options or social networks and other communication channels will be restricted without warning. You may also be blocked with no warning.
Spam - Asking for votes or sharing a vote, troll messages, and advertisements for commercial purposes. If you do this, your access to the account and game options or social networks and other communication channels will be restricted without warning. You may also be blocked with no warning. You SHOULD NOT ask for votes in Lady Popular. You also MUST NOT comment that you voted. DO NOT comment things like "voted," "+3/5," "max stars," "max love," "168 hr," etc. The only exception is in a Wedding Party's photo contest, but keep it within reason.
Social Media Channels - Team members can reserve the right to access Social Media Channels due to violation of the rules, but this does not reflect access to the game unless rules have been violated in both spaces.
III. Reports
The third section of the Lady Popular rules is Reports. This includes reporting players and reporting team members.
Reporting Players - This can be done via the "Contact Us" form or the dedicated buttons in the game. Verification by the team is done as soon as possible. False reports will result in a penalty to the false reporter, equal to what the reported player would have suffered if they were guilty of the wrongdoing.
Reporting Team Members - If you suspect abuse by a team member, send an email to support@ladypopular.com. If there is proof of guilt, the offender will be punished and they will be excluded from the game team. Requests are only considered by XS Software if they are written literately.
IV. Additional Rules
The fourth section of the Lady Popular rules is Additional Rules. This includes review of Administrative decisions, compensations, objections, and unlisted cases.
Review of Administrative Decisions - These decisions are carried about by a team member and can only be amended by the same team member.
Compensations - In-game bugs will be compensated by taking into account the damage inflicted and determining the compensation. It is not subject to bargaining. If someone tries to circumvent the decision by contacting another member, their account will be blocked. The only exception is contacting support@ladypopular.com with logical explanations.
Objections - Unreasonable objections may lead to blocking the account. Depending on the degree of misconduct, the penalty can be extended outside of Lady Popular, including social media channels.
Unlisted Cases - The game administrators reserve the right to punish players who violate rules at their own discretion outside of the rules listed here. They are not obligated to give additional explanations after stating the initial reason. Sometimes, no initial reason is given.
V. Game Team
The fifth section of the Lady Popular rules is Game Team and shares information about the game team.
Game Team - Team members are not recommended to play Lady Popular, regardless of what name they use. However, they have the right to test the game and make sure everything is working and to check for issues reported by players. The team is not liable for any damages, is not responsible for problems associated with the game, reserve the right to compensate players for losses due to the team, are allowed to make corrections in the game without prior notice, can change the rules and warn about it with mass messages, and can suspend access to the game with no prior notice. This also applies to scheduled maintenance stoppages due to servers and accidentally or emergency situations.
VI. Contacts
The fifth section of the Lady Popular rules is Game Team and shares information about the game team.
Contact - The only official form for contact with the game team is under "Contact Us". You can also use social media channels, but the team is not obligated to respond or take any actions. The team will NEVER reach out to you asking for your username/password in the game chat, this is something scammers do frequently so don't fall for it.
VII. Users
The sixth and final section of the Lady Popular rules is Users and outlines the agreement that users have to read and agree with the rules when they register and play the game..
Users - By registering an account in the game, you declare that you have read and agree with the rules, and that you will abide by them. Ignorance of these rules DO NOT excuse use from violating them. The rights of the game belong to XS Software JSCo.
